In 1996, she made her debut on film, playing a small character in Girl 6. She then was seen in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo played a role as a co-star on Double Take (2001), an action comedy, and she also appeared in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo starred in NBC's crime-drama Law & Order for a frequent role as Detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. In the following season, he played Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo played in a range of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo is also one of the recurring characters on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) and How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! She was a star in the comedy.
